Welcome to our charming guest rooms
This magnificent historic 15th-century building has gracefully weathered the years. Originally a presbytery, our establishment was transformed into a convent. However, it lost some of its splendor until the 1990s when a couple who loved beautiful homes completely renovated it. We then transformed it into a combination of a guesthouse and a charming hotel between Toulouse and Albi.
You will be captivated from the moment you enter the premises, stepping into the patio with its central fountain and pink brick walls. The serene atmosphere will leave you speechless.
Upon arrival, we will introduce you to your suite and our establishment. We are fully accessible throughout your stay, available and attentive in French, English, and Spanish.
Rooms with private spa in Occitanie
You can check into your room between 5 pm and 9 pm on the day of your arrival. Checkout is at 11 am.

If you book brunch, you will enjoy a late checkout at 1 pm. Discover our brunch.
Although designed for couples, it is possible to add an extra bed in Suite N5 and Loft 9. Accommodating an additional person, whether child or adult, incurs an additional charge. (See the booking page)

The patio is accessible year-round. When you stay at our establishment, you can sit back and enjoy the generous Occitan climate. Two of our rooms have a private terrace. What a pleasure to enjoy breakfast or a delicious dinner in the shade of the mulberry and plane trees, with the fountain playing!
You can also cool off in our heart-shaped swimming pool, between June and the end of September.
Our lounge area with its American billiards table is also open to our guests between June and September.
Vitamin-packed and delicious mornings
Breakfast is included in your reservation, delivered every morning to your door between 8:00 and 10:00 AM, according to your preferences. Enjoy country bread, pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice, honey, jam, seasonal fruit, and more. We also offer brunch for an additional fee, which can be booked when you opt for a late check-out, allowing you to enjoy your suite and its private spa for a few extra hours.
Complimentary sparkling wine and special attention
A sparkling welcome awaits you at the Priory: a complimentary half-bottle of refreshing Prosecco sparkling wine and petits fours are offered when you book on our website! In addition, our guests will have access to services worthy of a hotel between Toulouse and Albi: fiber optic Wi-Fi and free parking spaces right in front of or around the Priory.
