By staying in the heart of Verfeil, you'll have the opportunity to explore this small medieval village. You'll also sleep in a building that bears witness to Verfeil's rich history. The Priory is a former 15th-century presbytery, adjoining the Saint-Blaise Church. Don't miss the Vauraise Gate, the Citadel, and the Saint-Sernin Church.

Verfeil is also the birthplace of the Countess of Ségur. This is where the real Camille and Madeleine, the "Model Little Girls" from the play of the same name, are buried. You'll have so many stories to hear and discover around your guesthouse near Toulouse!

Between Toulouse and Albi

The Priory is only 30km from Toulouse: the perfect opportunity to visit the "Pink City"! Its Place du Capitole, its Augustins Museum, its Saint-Sernin Cathedral, its Pierre Larousse Garden, and its Aeronautics Museum are emblematic places that you won't want to miss!

In the other direction, about a forty-minute drive away, is Albi. Stroll through the city center to discover the narrow streets and sunny squares. You'll definitely pass by the Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A stroll along the banks of the Tarn will complete this excursion!
